Unfortunately the carpets were still soiled in all the entry ways to rooms and along the borders where carpet meets tile. I was able to clean these areas substantially more on my own after the technician left

Was told my usual tech was on vacation, so I waited to schedule my cleaning for when he would be available. A few days prior to my scheduled date, I was told that my tech would not be coming, that he only worked on certain days, that I could change my date to meet his schedule. Was told a senior tech would be coming in his place, which wasn't the case.Be more honest up front!! Was charged way more than expected for the space cleaned. Next day I had to go over some urine spots missed with my own products. Some companies grow too fast and big and forget about how important their loyal customer are. Honesty is the best policy!!! Hopefully next time I'll get happier results and give you a 10.
