I like how my carpet looks after they are completed doing there work. Kind and courteous technician. explained everything and performed all of the work in a timely manner. This is the second time Zerorez has been to my residence.

He was awesome, he was polite, professional, hard working and effecient. He didn't waste any time got right to work and my carpets look amazing! The service, the product, the transaction were all fast, easy and simple for me. He went above and beyond with this little stain I had didn't ask if I wanted him to fix it or try to sell me he just took care of it and it looks amazing. Awesome experience can't wait for my friends to have the same experience!
The tile cleaning we had went well overall, however there were many small sections that weren't cleaned as well. We were told they were stains and just wouldn't come out. While the spots were still damp, we were able to wipe them right up with a wash cloth.
Didn't get the carpet clean. Expensive for the results.
Our carpet was not cleaned properly - soiled spots were found after carpet dried. A message has been emailed to customer service.

Your call center messed up our phone number and address. Because of this we never got a call notifying us of the time and when we called we told them the address was wrong and never passed it on to the technician.
