Fifth don't be afraid to say it might cost more let customer make that decision

Other then that great at doing once moving but with impression John Jay and Rich advertise felt shortchanged by remarks at beginning
Will be calling on Tile and Furniture soon and will see how that goes

Without a doubt, you guys do the best job of cleaning carpet than anyone I've ever seen.

I have used ZEROREZ for 2 years and love the work, the staff, always top notch.
This particular visit as a first for my mom's house and I tried to get the first time user discount they would not honor that just because it was registered in my name instead of my mom's. That was very upsetting to me, when I called to make the appt. the girl was rude and said since I was a return customer it was full price even though it was clearly not my personal Gilbert address, you would swear the money came out of her pocket.
The man did a great job but failed to used the plastic corner protectors, when I questioned him he said this truck did not have them, it was not his truck...

I will only use Zerorez to clean my carpets. I believe it's the cleanest product to use in my home. I have a lot of allergies to chemicals, and am extremely sensitive to scents in cleaning products. I have never had a problem with their zero water. I even use it to clean other things in my home! Their employees and very nice and do a wonderful job cleaning and treating my carpets. They are very punctual also! Peter did an excellent job on my home!

Your tech was very pleasant to deal with. I understood that some of the stains in my carpet wouldn't come out, but they would be clean. He was quick and careful around my belongings.

The technician that came to my home was very knowledgeable,polite and efficient. I had had another carpet cleaning service in to clean my carpets about 8 months prior to this and was told there were stains that would never come out.
Zerorez was amazing and I will never use any other carpet cleaning service again.

Because I have spent hundreds of dollars in a five month period of time with three service calls I expected a better price for my recent hallway cleaning , I paid extra for an enzyme treatment that didn't resolve my issue. 1st cleaning was after all the foot traffic moving in, the 2nd after firefighters foot traffic in emergency with son, and the 3rd...Any way a single mom with a very medically fragile disabled child who spends most of his life on the floor gym mat I spent one weeks worth of groceries on carpet cleaning that failed to do the one and only thing I was willing to go without food for and that is to protect my son and provide the most clean safe environment I possibly can I never allow shoes in my home his wheelchair never contacts the carpet I roll out a rug to get him in the door then roll it back to a covered spot to get him back to gym mat I can't afford this and certainly can't afford to do it over

All of your technicians are clean, knowledgeable and nice. Luis Encinas performed our service. When the cleaning is completed your don't feel the intense humidity you usually feel nor the smell. It is better for the carpet that you don't use soap.
