Great and professional Service!
Carpet cleaners are the same anywhere you go. However, what sets them apart from the rest is the quality of service. Nicole is a great representation of your brand/company. She explained her process thoroughly and provided top notch customer service. She was the consummate professional and when we offered her a tip, she thanked us and explained that she was not allowed to accept tips. She deserved a tip for her service so if there is anything your company can do to reward her, please do. We will definitely request Nicole again should we need our carpets and tiles done in the future.

Two gentlemen came and they were very nice. They were only here for about and hour and the carpets really don't look much better than when they showed up. I guess with your reputation I expected more and a better job.

Nicole did a great job, asked if there any areas that she could over if I felt it was necessary. Showed me a demonstration with 0Rez water, explained all things it could be used for. She did a great job!!

I had 2 rooms cleaned and my third room was not a full room. I asked if I could get discount as tough guys dogs not clean a full room. Very disappointed and would like to know what you consider a full room dimensions

Aaron did a fantastic job. He took his time and did everything he could to make my carpets look their best. He even cleaned the tile in my entryway, which needed it after the carpet was cleaner.
Not a fan of the upselling. Also, it would be much more convenient to be able to confirm appointments electronically rather than trying to answer my personal phone while I'm at work. I'm not sitting around at home waiting for you to call...
