Tile and grout cleaning is great!
Not have your technician walk through the doorway and immediately ask to use the bathroom.

Multiple requests for areas to be cleaned only to hear it was residual h2 o however those areas remain dark and soiled days after all is dried.
Great detail and my very old carpets look great. The technician really took his time and treated the pet soiled areas and made it look new. Very happy with the results.
We just did some remodeling in our kitchen in our rental propery and although we put down plastic, overspray got through. Zerorez was able to get it all off!!
Carpet was soaking wet for Almost 12 hours or more.. Still see spot where there weren't any before the treatment. Just feels like the carpet was saturated and nothing else done. The guy was nice just would never recommend to anyone. Also for how expensive for stairs and the call the company still wanted forty dollar pretreatment service. Seems like a scam!!
The quote I was given by the technician for a very small chair was ridiculous. I was quoted $65, which I was able to get cleaned somewhere else for $10. While the customer service was perfection, it's very over-priced. My carpets look nice though. Pleased enough to recommend basic services, if only on special discount/promotion.

I have had my tile clean before and I do a better job myself than this company did. But when I have you guys do the job I was like wow.. they do the job like when I do it myself on my hands and knees.. now I will definitely call zerorez again every 6 months I like my tile clean .. that will save me a week of work on my hands and knees.

Our carpet had to be cleaned twice. The first representative was more interested in completing the task is the quickest time possible. He failed to attempt to remove spots and even acted like we were imposing on him to go over an area. He definitely did not have the cmpany's reputation in mind. This was such a difference from the first time we used Zerorez.
I must say when we call to share our dissatisfaction a solution was quickly devised. The following day another representative from the company came to redo the job. (He stated as he works only two days a week most of his jobs are revisits) He did a much better job, and even removed stains the first person didn't choose to.
Finding responsible employees who are as interested in your reputation as your are would be I must if this was my business.

We called about the edges of the hall carpet being dark/dirty. The 2 men that came out did not even attempt to clean just saying the carpet had to be stretched and cut or better yet replaced. The AC is pulling dirt down the walls and staining the carpet. It was clean after Wally cleaned it 2 years ago. The same carpet. The same AC which is serviced twice a year. Even with back issues, I got down and have begun cleaning it myself and it's coming up.
