I thought the carpets would've come out cleaner. Our normal provider did a better job. However, the technician and the customer service was very good.
Service was top notch - Travis took the time to show me everything and keep me in the loop. He was knowledgeable and corteous. To boot, the product works - our floors look amazing.
Serivces are always done in the window given, the call given before you arrive is great, it allows you to plan your day. The cleaning part was superb, the attention to detail is amazing. Great work and we are appreactive of the extra effort.

I was under the impression that carpet
Cleaning means cleaning the carpet as a whole and not be charged $25 - $75 for every dirt or spot on the carpet.

Compared to other carpet cleaning services I have had in the past, it seems that Zerorez did not spend sufficient time for the size area that was being cleaned
I had you clean one room, a hallway and spot clean in two other rooms but there was an extra charge of $44 and $2 for my hallway. That seems excessive when I thought the deal was 3 rooms and a hallway for $129.
The tech did a very thorough job. He was very professional.
