Friendly employees, excellent and quick carpet cleaning with no residue, appointments are easy to make and are kept on time, and products are eco-friendly/non-toxic.
Jeff whom came out to clean our carpets was very friendly and informative. I couldn't be happier with the results that we had seen after the cleaning. I would highly recommend zerorez and will definitely be giving a call back to get them done again!

Zerorez guaranteed their product! I was not to happy with the outcome of my carpet and they re did it, no questions asked! They were knowledgeable and took pride in work.
Results were not worth the money paid. Also, it should have been communicated ahead of time (by the reservations person) regarding issues that could arise such as efflorescence. I felt like that was used as a catch-all by the tech and it could have been a real possibility, but the booking person should advise all potential customers of the possible shortcomings prior to booking. That shouldn't be left up to the tech on-site.
