My carpets look brand new and the additional treatment for the pet urine worked wonders! I am very happy with the results. The tech was also very friendly and very knowledgeable and provided us a lot of great information on the process. She recommended the protectant and I am glad we decided to go with that option as well to help us care for the area in the future. We will for sure use the service again for the rest of the house and will recommend to friends and neighbors.

While I believe that you have a very clean product, it didn't accomplish my objective: I had a lot of issues with pet odor and it seemed as though the cleaning process just exacerbated the situation. I have opted to replace the carpet altogether.

When making my appointment a few weeks ago, I scheduled it for 11:00 a.m. A few days before my appointment, I called to let them know it was okay to park in the driveway. I am glad I called because at that time the man said they would be there between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Would I have been notified of this arbitrary change in times? Who knows? Of course I got the phone call about five minutes to 8:00 that they were going to be at the house (vacant) in 15-20 minutes. That is three hours earlier than I had scheduled. Why bother taking appointments if there are no guidelines. Just tell the person on the other end of the line you'll let them know when it is convenient for Zerorez. Didn't hear your spiel about appointment times until I was on hold, waiting for someone to answer on the day you performed the cleaning.
I thought you price was very high. Carpet looks great, glad it was very short time to dry, employee great to work with, I am sorry I cannot remember his name but professional and nice to visit with as he worked ....oh really appreciated the corner gards

I was not told about the minimum service fee for commercial service when I arranged an appointment to have a rug cleaned in my office. I was charged for the cleaning and an additional min. fee; more than the cleaning fee. I could have bought a new rug for this amount.
When I called to ask about this charge so I could understand, I was asked, "have I used Zerorez before? I respond yes. Then I was told "Then you used have known about this fee. I will not be using Zerorez for commercial services moving forward.
Friendly service and smell
We were pressured to upgrade our cleaning from the $129 deal for 3 rooms we ended up with $262 for 3 rooms. Our home was a new build spec home that did not have the best carpet installed and we are a large family with toddlers, our carpet needs to be replaced, we just needed it to look better for a get together that weekend. The huge $ increase with pressure was not appreciated. Would not recommend to a friend to experience.
