My carpet came out very clean and smelling fresh. Very happy I tried something new!
The gentelmen were extremely polite and friendly. My carpets were very clean and we're done very quickly. They were honest and pointed out areas they couldn't remove. Very good service. Would definitely recommend or use again.
Excellent service reasonable price
The day after cleaning (today) a number of spots were still visible on the carpet. I would like someone to come out and fix the problem. For the amount of money we paid, there should not be old spots reappearing the day after treatment. I am disappointed.

Cleaning was not done well
They were very knowledge about what they were doing. They made sure I understood the product and service being conducted. They weren't push and annoying sales people. They did a wonderful job on my rug, carpet and tile.
Reliable
We had Travis cleaning outer carpets, he was incredibly nice and easy to work with. He walked us through our house and explained and went into detail about one stain and how to keep up with the carpets. Next time we have our house serviced I'll be asking for him again.

I was very pleased with the cleaning service from Zerorez. When I made the appointment, it was followed up on the next day. The reps are confident and informed. Two days before the cleaning I rec'd another call to confirm the time of the appointment. My appointment was set between 8-10 AM. On the day of cleaning @ 740 I was given a call and told the tech was on his way, and should arrive in 20 minutes. The tech arrived at 8:00 and was had all 4 bedrooms done in one hour! The carpet looks great! I am glad it doesn't have the crunch of soap in the carpet! Great job! Great company!

The carpet stays cleaner longer - the cleaning doesn't take too long - the price is right - and your service men are very thorough in their work and are very polite and friendly.
