Being a Realtor who has helped buyers and seller for over 35 years with housing I've seen and dealt with many carpet cleaning companies! What has won me over is how clean the carpets are after Zerorez cleans them!
The time it takes the carpets to clean is unbelievable compared to the traditional carpet cleaning! Once the carpet has dried it soft and fluffy rather than hard and crusty and ready to be vacuumed!
I also feel the tile cleaning technique that you use really cleans the grout and tile and restores it to its original state.

The service this year was the best We've had in the last three years. Jeff was personable, professional and his service was detailed. He did not push extras, but informed me of them. I feel like I made the decision to use them and didn't feel pressured to go with them. A passive sales approach appeals to me much better than an aggressive one.

We like the cleanliness of the finish product. There is a bit of a pleasant after smell, but it is a nice one that does not over power you and goes away within a short period of time. It's not too wet so it does take long to dry the carpets completely. Your service personal from the phone for booking to the finished service and paying the bill is very professional. Thank you for a nice business transition.

Professional staff, no strong chemical orders and the carpets are dry in a couple of hours.
My carpet did not turn out as good as before. Also, there were many spots in the grout where it didn't look it was cleaned.
