Usually get most of the stains out of carpet and the carpet is cleaner than aNY other company I've used.
Your service tech was very thorough and did a great job on our carpet.
Consistency. The previous visit didn't improve anything. It looked no different than if I took a mop to the floor. Then to find out I was charged for having the carpet cleaned. The seller had it cleaned when he moved out. The grout was still white instead of showing its full natural color. This last visit was almost perfect. He almost removed all the white haze. I hope whoever showed up the first time is no longer with you. This second visit proved nothing was done.

I like the results of your system. I am also glad that there is no smell or "crunchy" feel after completion!! The techs I have had are all polite and careful of my belongings. Sean, my tech last week wldo took the time to explain what I could do to keep my carpet in better condition for greater longevity. Most of my house is now tile so I will use Zerorez to clean that in the future!!!!!!
I was surprised the carpets were so wet. My area rug took 3 days to dry. The carpets look good and the tech was very curious and cleaned up after the job.
My 12 year old grout looks brand new! I was super impressed with your tech. He explained the process, the products and what I could expect from the process. Then he exceeded my expectations. This is the 4th time I used your service, and this time more spots were not removed. I'm not sure why this time was not as effective as other times, but I am disappointed in outcome. Name removed

Rates too high
We liked how nice the man who cleaned our carpet explained everything, he was neat and clean and orderly. We especially like the way our carpet looks! It's hasn't looked this clean for a very long time.
We had a permanent stain in the carpet when we moved in. We tried to get it up with a Rug Doctor and 2 other carpet cleaning services. It always came back. We also had cat urine smells and nothing worked. The first time we used your service I had the extra pet cleaner added and we have not had any problems. The "returning" stain has never come back. That is why we used your service again. I have had friends say I pay more than they do for cleaning and I probably do but your service works so it is worth it and I will recommend to others.

They were here on time and the service was relatively quick and the carpets look great so far. I love how the carpets were dry so much quicker than other carpet cleaners I've had in the past. Our technician was Casey C. and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and he did an amazing job.

Great results, tech was super, knowledgeable and explained in detail to cover all my concerns.
$25 for spot cleaning seems high. We had some pet stains that did not appear to be showing until the carpet was cleaned. We noticed them after the carpet dried. They did come out after I cleaned the area again. I'm not sure if this is normal (for the cleaning to make them more visible) or the general dirtiness of the carpet was hiding them.

Employees are extremely professional. Travis was exceptional, he explained the process, was diligent and attentive to details, and explained why some stains were not able to be removed. Travis arrived on timed and I always felt safe.
