Excellent service. We've had pur carpets cleaned by them exclusively for many years and wouldn't use any other. The method gets the carpets cleaner and they truly stay clean for months afterwards. The carpet texture is revived and stains are removed, even on the edge of stairs.

I've used Zerorez many times for my carpet cleaning needs and have always been pleased with the results. Carpets always look great when they are done! The technicians are always prompt, friendly and willing to please. This week Jeffrey was our technician and he gave exceptional service with a smile. There was a mixup with the day and time that we were supposed to have our carpets cleaned but the staff worked with us and worked it out to our satisfaction. We were very happy with the way the problem was handled. Unfortunately this will be the last time we will be able to use Zerorez as we will be moving out of state but I would recommend them to all my neighbors and friends here in Arizona. Thanks Zerorez for the great service over the years. By the way I'm taking a huge container of the Empowered Water with me. Love the stuff. I use it on my upholstery to spot clean and on my tile and wood floors.
