Your service wasn't a "disappointment". I just feel it was average. The one thing that could be improved is I had my couch cleaned and the equipment that was used to clean it wasn't in the truck. We had to wait quite awhile for someone to bring that piece of equipment. That delayed the cleaning process. That kind of irritated me.

She saved my thoughts about your company I was given the "tight 2 hour window" and didn't gets a phone call until after that from someone in the office that was asking me if I still want them to come. When Nicole arrived she was very professional and reassured me she would take care of everything and not rush thru it. The job was great. Office staff not so much

I have never been disappointed with the services provided by ZEROREZ. The stains that other companies couldn't get out were easy for your techs to remove.
I appreciated the work of your team (Casey & John) did on Monday June 20, 2016. This is the first time a "team" came - it had always been 1 person before. This team was amazing: called and were able to come earlier than our appointment time, did more areas than we have had done before, explained about our filtration lines, showed what they could do for our tile floors, completed the project in a timely manner (faster than when 1 person came). They were a great tag team: as one person cleaned an area the other prepped the next area. EXCELLENT job again. I always recommend Zerorez when someone wants tile or carpets cleaned. THANK YOU again.

The service was great. I was not home for the entire process and did notice one area where the carpet is still dark so not sure what is going on there.
