Excellent job my carpet looks amazing! The only bad thing is I was told pet stain treatment was $80 and during the process I asked for two other rooms to be treated as well and at the end I was suckered out of another $80. The work was great thou.
Carpets are now about 2 shades lighter and they are softer. Granite countertops have a sheen we thought was gone forever.
Customer service was good. After running a few errands, I came home and my living room smelled so Bad of urine. He did the pet treatment and said the smell would be reduced. He also said he couldn't out a slightly darker area on the carpet bc it was foot oils. I was really hoping for a better result than this.
I had to have someone come out and re-do the stairs and the landing because they weren't clean the first time. David did a terrific job cleaning the stairs and that's the only thing that kept me from giving a 1 or 2. Please make sure your techs know that even though they're a pain, stairs and landings are something they need to take more time with and really look to make sure they're clean.

I've already called and spoke to your office and have someone coming out tomorrow to assess the damage but I was really disappointed that the wax used for my tiles ended up all over my walls and base boards. There's also a line in the tile where the grout is extremely discolored and much darker then the rest of the grout which was not present before zero rez came in to clean the carpet. i was really disappointed, as I've been a customer previously and LOVED the work you guys did with my carpets in the past.

I was happy overall, just a little disappointed there were a few dirty streaks left,like between sweeps that didn't overlap from the shampooer, so I had to clean those myself with carpet cleaner... they were very obvious. I think the carpet could have came out a little cleaner if it had been went over a couple of times in certain areas but maybe they were in a hurry. All staff was very friendly!

The service is outstanding. Just like john J and rich said. I just wanted my carpets done but I ended up getting my tiles done too and I love the out come. The tech I had was so freaking awesome and he knew his stuff. No hassles or bull from him just the truth. He gave me s time he would be done snd he was spot on. When I called the office to get an appointment the lady answering the phone understood my needs with my autistic son cause she too had an autistic child. The tech also gave me great pointers on how to make my carpet last. You guys have gained a customer for life.Troy was Fantastic and you guys are life savers. As a Veteran it is nice to know that not only can I get great customer service but I was treated with kindness and understanding. It was an honor to serve my country and to serve for you but it was a great honor to have you guys in my home and now a part of our lives

With this product my carpets look and feels like new again!!.
Carpet was just as dirty after cleaning as it was before cleaning. Impressions in carpet from where furniture had been were still there after cleaning. I had to fluff those areas after your tech left. Carpet took over 24 hours to dry and there were several areas where there was a strong odor of dog urine and other parts of the carpet felt greasy. I have never had these problems after other companies have cleaned our carpets. Also, I feel as though my wife was taken advantage of with your upsell extras. I've never paid as much as we paid you to clean our carpets. $367 is way too much to have a small living room and 2 small bedrooms carpeting cleaned. I will not recommend you company to any of my staff or our friends.
