Very friendly and quality attitude from service staff
Very personable and polite employee. This is my first time using Zerorez, and I'm interested in seeing how well the cleaning holds up.

Clean without residue.
SErvice person was lovely and knowledgeable , no complaints at all with him. I feel like it cleaned unevenly, there are areas that I never noticed being dark from high traffic that are now noticeable. There was alas a small stain I thought would be picked up , it wasn't, and today I scrubbed it with a white towel and it cam up. Not sure why zerorez couldn't get it up. Lastly , large ripples in the carpet occurred, person I called and spoke to was correct in telling me it would go down but I was taken back when he told me my carpet need to be stretched.

Floors look great. The problem I had was with my appt. We were set to go btwn 10-12 on a saturday. By 1230 I had not heard from anyone at zerorez. I finally called and was told many technicians had called in and they would not be able to service us that day. So why didnt I receive a phone call? Did technicians not start around 8am? Shouldnt they have known by 1230 I would not be able to receive service that day? I appreciate the "Slight" discount but that was bothersome as a whole. Because I was expecting service, I had moved furniture and rugs and cleaned up the floors and had my house in complete disarray to find out it was for naught and only to do it again 3 days later.
I love Zerorez, I love that you do not use chemicals to clean, I love that my floors and carpet look and feel brand new, no crunchy, sticky feeling when they are dry and ALL of the technicians have been very professional, knowledgeable and beyond competent. I am part of a nextdoor neighborhood website and one of the members where looking for a carpet cleaning company and of course recommended Zerorez!
My rugs have never looked better. Spots are gone and the track path has disappeared.

Mr. Rogers was very professional. He was very conscientious about the work he was doing. He was very polite and asked throughout the job asked if we had any question. After using Zero Rez for over 10 years Mr Rogers was the first to explain to me all the services that Zerorez offers.I knew about the tile and carpet. But no idea about the other cleaning service. Mr. Rogers was anxious to promote the company he works for. My carpet looks new because of Zero Rez. There is only one Carpet Company Zero Rez. I also use Zero Rez to get my clients homes for sale. Or when homeowners leave a dirty home when they move out. They really work miracles!!
