Zerorez always shows up on time...and job is done thoroughly and properly...I have used Brian and always ask for him....they call to remind me of appt., and then followup with a call that day to tell me he's on his way....carpet is cleaner and stays cleaner longer...after using another company for 20 years, I switched to Zerorez several years ago and would never use anyone else!...method they use is unique and carpet doesn't have any residue after they leave....no smell.....
The technician was very informative, helpful and detail oriented in cleaning my floor. The product worked well and the results were good.

Did good job on carpets they were very dirty- I will be calling back in a couple of months to have done again. I think they could be cleaner- they did a quick job- (maybe perhaps to quick) ? They need to perhaps slow down a bit? Techs were nice
