Big kudos to Zerorez! I had a special situation where my children were developing a rash from something in my new home, so I called. The entire process, from the initial phone call to paying for the service was simple and painless. They were at my home less than 24 hours from the time I placed the call. They provided a 30 minute courtesy call and showed up when they said they would. The technician (Steve) was friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgable. He listened to my issue and he informed me of a product you sell called Empowered Cleaning Fluid, which I purchased and will probably save me money in the future knowing it takes the place of multiple household cleaning solutions.
Pricing was very reasonable as well. Overall, an excellent job and I would recommend them any day!!
