I was amazed at how clean my carpet came out. This was money well spent.

Service technician was prompt and very professional. We were cleaning an office carpet that was badly soiled, trying to avoid replacing. Although it doesn't look brand new it sure looks a heck of a lot better. Thanks, we'll call you again when we need your service at work or at home.

The tile cleaning was great but I expected more out of the carpet cleaning based on the price. I use another company and the results were the same but zerorez was twice the cost. I may use you in the future for my tile but will not for the carpet.

Have already rescheduled a return appt on Wednesday with another technician as we were 100% dissatisfied with the cleaning. None of the traffic areas looked like they were even touched. My husband Don has spoken with Teddy and someone is scheduled to return on Wednesday to try again.
Great customer service! Did an amazing job. It did seem like it left a residue tho on the carpet. Carpet was very clean it was just a little crunchy.
