I felt unclear about the pricing. I understood pricing to be a best guess over the phone but I felt once I cut out area's that the price was the same so really I should have just kept all the area's from the phone. Is a mattress charged to do both sides or just one side? I felt good about stair pricing - it was straight forward. had I been presented with a more clear pricing structure and not wait until I saw the final receipt after I paid I would have felt much better. The technician couldn't show me a break down simply said "after you pay me the receipt will break it down". I have no problems paying for services just didn't like that it felt so shady.

I have not yet seen the condo after it's been cleaned.
However, the personnel involved in the arranging were helpful and the cleaners were obliging.....both on phone calls. I hope the results reflect their positive messages.
