My technician Grady was awesome I did not feel pressured to spend more on pretreating or extra services even though he did recommend them. He left extra booties for my cleaning lady to use the next day in case carpets were still damp. I always recommend Zerorez to everyone Bravo

The work was good and the tech was nice but the price went to 180 when it was supposed to be 114 and the commercials say you deodorize and treat for the 114 so I don't know why my price went up to 180
I liked the way you communicated your services and had a message saying someone is getting this call soon. Also the actual cleaning was fantastic and most old spots or stains actually were taken out and did not come back.

Our technician was great, very informative and conscientious, but once our carpets dried, there were dark and light streaks in many areas. The last time that happened, we had to call the carpet cleaner back to re-do those rooms and we never used them again. It's very inconvenient to have to re-do the cleaning, but we like the idea of using empowered water and not chemicals.
Non detergent applications, friendly technicians. Although my last service was tile & grout cleaning and the sealer had a strong odor. We have a 4 month old baby and I understand these produc ts may have this type of odor but I should have been given a notice. We left shortly after the service to not expose my daughter to more exposure to the fumes.
Other cleaners leave a strange smell and take a long time to dry. I feel safe with my pets on Zerorez cleaned flooring

I hear about your company on the JonjayAndRich show, the way that they advertise your business is not even close to what the result on my carpet was. The technician had to go over my apartment twice because the first time I wasn't happy with the results. I also pay extra $40 to treat one of the room with a Biological Treatment. That treatment did not do anything, the room smells the same. I really think if I would had hired someone of Craiglist, would have done a better job.
I like that minimal chemicals are used, the carpet is soft when dry, no strong odors, seems to be environmentally friendly. Your technicians are knowledgeable and personable.

The technician (Scott) that came out was nice and polite. The carpets cleaned up well except for a couple spots that I just cleaned up with some carpet cleaner after he left. The only issue that I had was that after he cleaned the carpets he asked if I wanted carpet protectant. I said no and he went on to have me sign the paper invoice that only had the 3 rooms, hallway, and topical pet treatment in 2 rooms. When I got the email invoice back, he had charged me for the carpet protectant that I declined and did not receive. And I didn't even sign the electronic invoice and he did not show it to me. So I got charged an extra $25 for something I didn't have done and I didn't want done.
