area rug was 35 but to come to the house you charged a min of 74, there are still spots on the area rug that didn't come clean like the rest

Technician professional and polite. Job was done in a timely manner and very efficient.
No hidden fees. Carpets are clean and fresh. They dried quick were not crunchy or have any chemical residue. My technician Casey was professional, courteous and forthright. I was so pleased I also left a 5 star Yelp review.

A little Disappointed that alot of the stains didnt come out,from listing to JohnJay&Rich raido they make it sound like all the stain come out!!! I am sure it is a endorsement thing. And also that it took a good day and 1/2 for our carpet to dry. Our technician was very pleasant.

Paul the technician who came out did a fantastic job. He was polite, friendly and answered all my questions. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and making an extra effort on the high traffic areas. We will be sure call Zerorez again to clean our carpets again.
