The process for scheduling an appointment was unique; and the followup by a live agent was appreciated. I did not receive a confirming call by customer service 24-hours prior to service; however, I felt confident that there wouldn't be an issue. Unfortunately, I didnt receive a call on the morning of either.
Once I called Zerorez customer service, we firmed a time for my services later that afternoon (originally I requested 8:00 - 12:00).
Once Trey Rogers, the technician came out - he was personable, highly knowledgeable and provided great feedback based on the services he outlined. He worked later than normal work hours to fulfill the service request - even though I believe the customer service department was more to blame for the inefficient scheduling.
Trey made the experience exceptional, our rugs were amazingly clean and fresh and have sustained that freshness even a week later. While not impressed with the telephonic customer service - I do believe that Zerorez' technician provided superior service in every way and more than made up for what was lacking. Great hire, Zerorez! I would value Trey and his colleagues that go that extra mile given the hiccups you have in your telephonic customer service.
Great quality cleaning.
It's been going on 2 weeks now and I have not received an paid invoice. I have called 3 times and every time they tell me it's on the way. So far I have no invoice and it is the only way I can expence it with my corporate office. Not happy at all.
No residue and leaves everything so clean. The guys were very nice and polite and did a great job !

The carpets were cleaned beautifully, they accommodated my time request, arrived promptly on time, gave great explanations to the services offered, honored their original bid, and my carpets were dry by early evening!
I loved that my carpet feels soft again. Not to mention stains that were not set are now gone.

I think that it's unfair to charge the same thing for a couch that has more leather than fabric. It's less than half the manpower.

I got my tile and carpet done all at the same time. The website was very user friendly and easy to book online. Technician showed up on time, did a great job. Very satisfied with the service overall.
CLEAN! The Service Technician was very thorough, conscientious and a hard worker. He cleaned my carpets, rugs and a sofa. He worked to please and went over a stain/spot a couple times to make sure all dirt, spots, stains were removed. Job well done!

I thought the service was very professional. The Service Technician was very committed to doing a good job and he was a pleasure to work with. Since this is the first time we have used Zerorez it is to soon to tell how well the carpet cleaning will perform
fast and efficient, what I did not like though is that my house smells like stinky feet or rotten socks and I have tried leaving the windows open for 3 days now. . Close only 1 night after the work was done almost 10 hours later.Please help. Don't know what to do
Prompt service, very thorough in explaining the services and quoting for future tile cleaning. Our carpets are old and they look great!
We were told right from what start of the deficiencies of the cleaning process in picking up spots. Other companies pre-treated spots and lifted them with success. Our carpet still has many spots that were not removed.
They're worker guy was very personable and knowledgeable about his job
The technician was there age. I did not agree with the false advertising of $129 for three rooms. Technician did dining room and living room but said my kitchen would have to be by a linear foot. So I had to pay extra for kitchen and 2 bathrooms and hallway. I was very displeased at that advertising says 3 rooms and I got 2 rooms. I was quoted $173 roughly and the technician did math and it ended up costing $284. Sing $284
The technicians were patient and explained all of the processes and prices.

this is the 2nd time I have used Zerorez. On both occasions the person who came was efficient, helpful and really did a good job. Thanks.
