Your employees are excellent - whether on the phone or Zerorezing my carpets. The service guy who did my carpets -- EXCELLENT. He was easy, humble, liked his job (which you can ALWAYS tell if some love the job or is putting in time by the way they work), thorough, knowledgeable - answered my questions, asked if there was anything else I needed done (Zerorezed). You know the company by its employees, and You, ZEROREZ are Excellent. Thank you for years of excellent service.
That you do NOT use chemicals and perfumes to cover odors. Your technician are very friendly and professional and do an excellent job.

The employees are super nice -from the scheduler to the tech. They are prompt, never late and even a bit early, to our appointment. The techs are super friendly and easy to talk to. I love that my carpet doesn't feel crunchy when it's dry - just nice and soft and fluffy and clean. I love that my carpet dries so quickly. I love that they don't use chemicals - it helps my smell allergy immensely! I love Zerorez.
Technition was on time. Cleaning was terrific.
Lower your prices and stop selling the "extras"
