I was a bit skeptical how well my carpet would turn out. While I would've loved for it to come out like brand new, I realize that's simply not possible. That said, I was satisfied with the cleaning. There are a few streaks and spots which I've had to work on after the cleaning but, in your defense, the carpet hadn't been cleaned for years. My hope is this cleaning will get me by until I can save up enough money to replace the carpeting for some hardwood flooring.

I've already recommended your service to my neighbor so I guess it makes sense I chose #10 above.

I'd also like to thank you for no hard upselling. That's one thing I detest and I was pleased I wasn't "hounded" to buy extra services or supplies.

My carpet has been completely restored, it looks great the service was on time and completed in a timely manner. The carpet was dry in approximately 5 hours and was never soaked.

My house looks amazing after every cleaning. The floors look like new and the workers are super friendly and kind.

I would like to have known that there could be ripples in the carpet after cleaning that would go away when the carpet dried and stretched. I was in a panic when I first saw them and thought I had a significant problem.

Zerorez was on time, worked quickly and did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets in our new home before move in. Very satisfied with the service. It may be a bit pricier than other carpet cleaners, but you get what you pay for and we'll definitely be using them for future cleaning needs.

The past two times you have cleaned my carpet you have been extremely late.I did appreciate the discount and Your cleaning representatives did an excellent job, but my time is valuable and having my time 21/2 hours beyond the window is unacceptable.

My carpet is under 2 years old. I scheduled the cleaning because I had a spot on it. It looked like it was gone when it was wet, but now I can clearly see it wasn't removed. If someone could come and remove that spot I would be very pleased.
