Technician was very careful with hoses around corners of walls, they have little floor protectors that keep the hoses from dragging across the corner. I thought this was a really good idea.

Jeff was awesome. Very friendly and accommodating - nice when you are trying to move furniture and get kids out of the house so he can do his job and he is patient and keeps a smile on his face the whole time. He even did some last minute grout cleaning that turned out really nice!!
I did not feel the extra money I spent was worth; I did not see the value.
Timeliness, technicians and results
You got to me earlier, representative went right to work, carpet looks great! Got everywhere I wanted. Dry time was quick, smells fresh and looks new, and I've been here for 10 years, with cats and teenagers with bikes they bring inside so there are no more oil spots or tire tread marks anymore. Thank you, will def use again and recommend to everyone. I can go barefoot again!

Kevin Randolph did a very thourgh job he got ink spots out that i though were permanant a real nice job and Kevin is an asset to your company . i would call your company and Kevin back any time i need carpet cleaned , and tell others about your company !!!!
