Your technician was prompt, explained in detail what he could and couldn't do with my stains, and was most helpful! I was most pleased and satisfied with your service. (I just wish the rugs could dry faster!!)
This was the 4th time I had used you company. The last time wasn't so great because the guy was high pressure sales but I thought I would give it one more try. I had "biological" spots on my carpet in my master bedroom. Two of which I knew about but somehow he found 10 spots. The charge was $25.00 per spot which could have been an additional $250 on top of the $300 I was already paying. The $300 was for only 1 master bedroom, 1 10. x 12 bedroom and an 8 x 11 area rug. The cost if so outrageous that I can't even imagine if i wanted to have my whole house done. I feel that $25 per spot is just not reasonable so i will not be using your company again.
Quick and professional.
They were not harmful to me nor my carpets. The scent smelled very nice and my carpets and floors look great! My technician Kevin was very nice and explained everything to me before he started and then he showed me my carpets after they were cleaned. I will be using your company again!

I called zerorez because I had a terribly smelly urine stain on my living room carpet. The technician showed up on time (a 10-12 window, and he arrived at 10:15), and got straight to work. He was able to rid of the urine smell and stain! He also cleaned our master bedroom carpet - very light cream carpet with a very heavy traffic pattern into the bath. Didn't expect him to get that carpet back to its original color, but miraculously he did!! He cleaned 3 rooms in less than an hour and a half, and was polite, professional and friendly.
