I had my carpet cleaned, and had heard your commercials on KOY a few year back, so I thought to give you a try. I was NOT disappointed. Your service man Scott arrived on time, went directly to work and was neat and took care with the "corner covers" so the hose would not mark the woodwork. He explained the 'protectant spray" and i had that added to the cost. I was surprised that it dried quickly, was not inconvienced too long, and was able to move the furniture back in the house or the right room by 5 P M of the same day. I vacuumed it with my vacuum and it looks just great. More than satisfied.
