I like that no harsh chemicals or fumes were used. With a baby and small dog that was important to me. I also like that the service is environmentally conscious. Floors turned out great and the cost of cleaning was very reasonable.

Quick turnaround and dries quickly
The carpeting was soft again and it looked good once it dried. I like the fact there is no soap residue left behind. The technician was professional and knowledgeable without being pushy.

Daniel was great! But, the carpet doesn't look any different. It's fairly new (March 2015) and the dirty areas still look dirty. I'm very disappointed.
