THE VERY HARD WORK BY EMPLOYEE GRADY............ON A VERY HOT DAY! HIS CONCENTRATION ON IMPROVING OUR TILE GROUT - WHICH TO MY SURPRISE, HAD NEVER BEEN SEALED UPON APPLIATION,BUT WHICH IS SEALED NOW!!!!!!! THE NOTICEABLE IMPROVEMENT IN THE FOUR ROOMS OF LIGHT COLORED CARPET IS APPRECIATED.
My carpets look brand new again and how you do not use harsh chemicals.
you need more covers for the corners. While they were used, not all corners had them and i told the rep that i just had the house painted last week, one corner was completely removed of the paint and there were marks on 4 others.
Carpet looks great, no chemical smell. Technician was professional.

I got your name and number from my mother in law that has used you many times. I liked the fact that you don't use harsh strong chemicals. When I heard the cost of the job to be $605, that was a lot of money but I was willing to pay it to get a good job done.
The carpet that was getting cleaned was a light carpet and you could see lots of stains, but I was wanting more for the cArpet to smell and feel fresh. I knew that it wasn't going to be brand new after the job. When the tech showed up he tried to tell me that he can't do much with the carpet unless we do the deep treatment and pay the $40 extra a room. That would of brought the grand total to just over $900!!!
I told him that I wasn't going to pay that much and that with being an industrial strength machine it will at least be able to do better than my personal home machine.
He got started and i came back about 2 hours later. He was just finishing up the last room and as I walked around the house I couldn't believe I just paid $600+ for this job. The carpets didn't even look like they had been Vacuumed. As I watched him clean the front room, he did nothing but spray water down and suck it right back up. He didn't leave it on the carpet long enough to even let it clean it.
I told him I was not happy with the job. The carpet was wet and he had no doubt gone over all the carpet but I know for sure that my home shampooer that I have would have left the carpet better.
My carpet dried and it was left crusty and stiff. Not what I was looking for or thinking I would get after paying a company $600+ to come and clean my carpets. After I told the guy I was not happy, he became very rude and was like " well what would you like me to do"? He even showed me a spot that he was so proud of getting clean and when I went to see it you could still see the stain at the base of the carpet and he didn't even try to go over it again when he could see very clearly that it was coming back up since it was still in the carpet.
That that point I just wanted the young kid out of my home. It was a complete waste of time and money. I don't feel like I was given a quality job. Even if there are still stains left behind you can still have a fresh and nice feeling carpet after it is cleaned. I get that feeling all the time after I have done it myself.
I hope I hear back from someone because i am not a happy customer and feel like you took my $665 and ran with it.
I am just glad I didn't spend the extra because even the tech before he left I asked him, "ok what spots do you think we need to pay extra and have you deep clean them?" He said non of them.
I am in a hard spot because I feel like the job needs to be fixed but not sure I want to waste my time with having a young kid out to come and lightly spray water on my capers and leave them feeling worst than when he got there.

Carpet came out cleaner than expected and the technician was great not only with knowledge of the process but in the quality of his work.
Kevin was very personable and polite. The carpeting
turned out beautifully. The work was completed around
1:30 Wednesday 6/29/16 and they were not dry until
late Thursday 6/30. I believe that the extra time it
took to dry was caused by the monsoon humidity.
Set up and cleaning took less than 30 minutes and the carpet looked brand new.
Our technician was very helpful and very friendly! I wish I knew his name so I can give him proper recognition. But I would definitely recommend zerorez and definitely use them again. I would ask for the same technician because he did a great job! Thank you zerorez and your crew!

Outcome is amazing. Carpet was extremely dirty and now looks like a brand new carpet. Technician was very informative and efficient.
Technician showed up on time, the Zerorez office kept me informed at all times, the cleaning was accomplished quickly and thoroughly. No problems.
You provide a good service, and the technician did a lot of hard work to get the floors clean, but the price point now exceeds our budget threshold for this sort of job. Our quote was around $300, give or take, and it took alright. $531 is just too much for us! We weren't at all expecting the extra $175 for "sealing" but when the technician said that we couldn't NOT seal it, we were stuck. I wasn't thrilled about the surprise, but boy was my husband unhappy! I do appreciate the work you've done in the past. Yours is a good service for those who can afford it.
