I had my teen daughter at home during the cleaning as I had to be at work. The invoice didn't match the quote. Things I called hallways were billed as rooms. If I had been home, I would have discussed it with the cleaner. For example one area billed as a room was half of a loft - I had left items in the other half and only wanted the walkway part cleaned. Consequently, the bill was higher than expected. Had I been home I wouldn't have paid $40 for essentially a 3.5 ft x 8 foot "room".
There were two partial stains in a loft area. They were actually move visible after the cleaning than before.
Overall, not a good cleaning and not a good value.

The tech was on time and friendly. The method used is great for those with allergies and sensitivity to strong smelling chemicals.

This is the second time after the carpet dried, it looks like areas were not even cleaned at all. They are all splotchy. When you came out the second time, all the areas came clean. Perhaps the pre-treatment spray is being applied unevenly because the second time fixed the problem. It really needs to to be recleaned again. I can send pictures if you like.

We did not receive the warning call before arrival of the associate from Zerorez. Was also quoted incorrect window time for from operator 2 days before our cleaning was scheduled.

Your service was amazing. It took far shorter than expected and our results were wonderful! It was so nice not having to air anything out or deal with the typical post carpet cleaning chemically smell. We tried the protector in a high traffic area this time and are excited to see how well it holds up and hopefully extends the time between carpet cleaning.

Their scheduling team is efficient and capable. Their communications regarding arrival of the technician are thorough and accurate. The technicians are polite, work quickly but thoroughly and there is absolutely no hard sell for additional products or services. Best of all? The carpets stay clean with only regular vacuuming.

Technician was outstanding and results were what i wanted.

I like that there is no soap left in the carpet.
On a side note, I have used zerorez several times. I did not feel that the cleaning was up to par this time. Also, I heard bickering from the workers even though they were very polite to me.
