The service and results were really good however I got blindsided by the cost since I was only quoted for the tile in my house, not including the 3 bedrooms of carpet. I don't understand how that was misunderstood since I never stated only the tile and mentioned the size of the house and the number of rooms multiple times indicating tile and carpet.

I like that when I call, a serviceman can come out quickly. When they come, they arrive on time. We they leave my carpets feel amazing! The best is that there is no pressure to add this and that to the service .

The tech was nice and friendly but the actual cleaning we received was not very good. There were spots left in the carpet after the job was finished that I was able to get out after the technician left by simply using a nylon brush and a little water and lightly brushing them with about 20-30 strokes. This is the second time I have had my homes tile and carpet cleaned with ZEROREZ. The first time there were multiple technicians and they actually scrubbed the carpet and got it clean. This time there was only one technician and although I did not pay close attention to work being done as it was being done, it seemed like all they did was sprayed the surface with and pre-cleaner and then spayed with water and sucked the water up. The end result was nowhere near as good as previously. I vacuum literally daily and we have no kids and no pets..... our floors are in very good condition to begin with and we should have had a better end result. We will probably not use ZEROEZ again and will most likely just rent a carpet cleaning machine next time.... I did not get even close to the $500+ of value I paid for.

The technician didn't finish the job. He sprayed cleaner in the master bath but did not clean the floor. I had to call your office to complain. They sent another guy to finish the job.

Dustin was very nice, professional and knowledgeable despite his only working for ZEROREZ for a couple of months. I was also pleasantly surprised how clean he got my carpet considering it hadnt been cleaned in at least five years.

It's amazing how clean you can get the carpets and I love how there's no soapy residue or that crunchy feeling you get from other carpet cleaners. Our representative was also very friendly and helpful. Great customer service!

The customer service on the phone and in person was absolutely phenomenal. However, the the stain eliminator does not always completely eliminate the color or odor of the stains (granted, the stains I'm referring to are significant pet stains, and the technicians did inform me ahead of time that they could not guarantee 100% elimination of these types of stains). I understand that repeated treatments could continue to improve these over time, but it was a bit disappointing not to be able to take care of it in one treatment, although I know that this could be partially due to the lack of chemicals used by Zerorez. These comments do not in any way reflect on the work of the technicians, who went above and beyond to individually treat these stains, and who did inform me in advance that the treatment would greatly improve but not necessarily completely eliminate the stains, and they worked extremely hard to individually treat these.

My carpet dried so fast - also the updating phone calls when the technician will be at your home ----------the technician's are polite, professional and knowledgeable about the products ---------------

The guy who cleaned my tile tried to continuously upswell me products and service I didn't want, did not read over my initial request and cleaned my tile blocking him out of my master bedroom and my master bathroom which he did say he could clean at the end however with all the fuzz from his terry cloth towels he used to dry my floor and foot prints he left all over my wet tile I was not going to allow him to walk across my carpet in his shoes to get to my bathroom! It wasn't until I said something to him about recalling on wet tile he just cleaned did he offer booties. I felt that for someone who is trained to glean time they would know to clean themselves out to the entrance and dry off tile leaving no marks. The whole point of hiring someone to clean it is so that I don't have to clean it myself but I had to restrain my floors after he left to get up dirt he didn't get or made, footprints, and fuzz!
