My carpets look amazing and the young man was so nice & helpful.

It's a rental and the carpets were messed up. I thought I might have to replace them. The tech did a very thorough job, and I can rent it now without replacing the carpets.
The tech, Tray, did a great job. However, the quote was resubmitted at a higher rate, even though this is the same traffic pattern Zerorez has been cleaning for me for 4+ years or so. Tray did honor the quoted price after we had to discuss this situation with the home office. However, I'm not sure I'll use Zerorez again due to this dispute, which can not be explained to me to my satisfaction. This is a great disappointment to me. I will give Tray only a 10 performance for the cleaning and sorry he had to mediate this dispute. This is a management problem, not the tech's.
Zerorez always does a great job! Technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. I am a Realtor® and have used Zerorez on three of my listings. No lingering odors, no crunchy carpet. I always recommend Zerorez.

Comment: My floors were very streaky when finished. Appeared that a second rinse should have been done. I debated calling back but couldn't stand the thought of moving all the furniture out again. We are getting them cleared up.

first is customer service....second products seem to work well...third techs do a good job. The scheduling people need to make sure though, when a customer requests a tech that tech shows up. Not a replacement.
