Cleans the carpet without drying stiff!
It was fast but the 3 room deal was not given to us. We paid about 300 for 3 full rooms, staircase and two rooms that would equal one room. Now we can see the difference in clean rug and dirty rug.
The service man was professional, courteous, efficient and neat. The Zerorez product did a great job, no oily or 'crunchy' residue. There wasn't an overwhelming odor and the carpets look like new. I would recommend Zerorez to all my family and friends!!

Very expensive, did not keep appointment on time due to you putting in another job before ours...1 to 3 hours late although I did receive a phone call and told me the technician was running behind. Cleaned about as good as other companies but more expensive.
self contained, didn't have to connect to house water, didn't dump any water, tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. Pricing is very competitive for such excellent service. Carpets look great with no residue!!
Polite professional employees. My carpet came really clean and is soft instead of crunchy. Walking on in your socks or bare feet is a dream. Scheduling was easy with a small windowed time frame.

I like the product as it is not adding any chemicals, etc into my carpet. When it drys you are feeling the natural fabric. The rug also drys quickly a don you can reset the room in a timely fashion. The technicians are professional and take pride in their job.
The carpet feels great after being cleaned. No stiffness, no chemical feel - it's great! Not to mention that the guy who came out to do the job was awesome, quick, thorough, and gave lots of tips on how to care for our carpet.
