The first team to show up to clean my floor( 2400 ft.² ) completed the job in less than an hour and a half later that evening I came home to find a residue throughout the tile in a white substance in the grout. The technician was Abel was very friendly, clean and presented himself well. Called in to complain a second technician came out The next day (James) surveyed the floor and felt that it was improperly cleaned he took 2 1/2 hours to clean the job within a few hours the tile the sparkly the grout was clean. If I was to use Zeroes again I would definitely ask for James to work in my house. Thank you for your service if there's a need I will call you and I will recommend your company to other people and friends.

I thought zerorez advertised dry cleaning? No wet carpets.... My carpet was cleaned with water and was wet for 8 hours ??
There are 2 small stains that did not come out which I thought would. All else looks good.

Less drying time would be great. It took a whole day to dry.

The technicians were awesome. They went over everything with me before they started and even cleaned my chair for me, which wasn't included in my original request. My tile and grout is now spotless! Great job Zerorez!
