A few spots remain. Heavy traffic areas (stairway) not completely clean. Was expecting better results.

We have 5 or 6 spots that we did not see until after the cleaning residue dried. Couple spots that need to be cleaned again, and some residue in a couple of corners. I don't fault the technician as he worked very hard, and was very professional. Just probably hard to see with everything still wet.
Take a little longer on the rough taffuce spots especially if you pay extra for it.

I love the friendly, knowledgeable, and especially professional staff. Any questions you have they answer and are very up front with how the treatments can affect your carpets.

The carpets always come out clean and do not smell with any chemicals. The service people are always friendly and helpful.
