Friendliness
The tech who came to my home on 11-2-16 was outstanding!!! Kyle Kahl arrived early, which was great, he was polite and after a tour of my home, ready to start cleaning. He explained the protective coating available. I choose the coating for the living room.

1. Dustin was very polite and courteous and he also explained the procedure in answer to my questions
2. I was pleased with the quickness of the cleaning and as far as I can tell, it was a good job
3. Also pleased that it dried in about 4 hours
We have used both your carpet and tile cleaning service. We have
been very happy with the results of each cleaning. Carpet did dry fast
and goods great.
Carpets are clean and didn't dry crunchy from soap or chemicals.
So far, 24 hours out, seems to have done a good job. The tech was excellent, personable, knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and professional. Would request Steven again.
