Very clean, professional. We moved into a rental where they said the carpets had been cleaned 2x already, but you were able to remove dirt and hair from the carpets that we didn't know was there and definitely made them look brighter and feel cleaner. Keith J was amazing! He was very friendly, on time, honest and did a great job! I will be requesting him again next time.

My 3 bottom stairs look worse than they did before they were cleaned. You could come clean them again.
