No smell, quick drying.

I set my appointment up weeks in advance only to have someone call me and try to get me to reschedule. I was treated very poorly by them and given nothing but attitude and an unprofessional mannerism. The gentleman that cleaned my carpets did a fairly good job, however stains were visible right away. Not the type of behavior or workmanship I would expect for the large price tag you guys have. I will not use zerorez ever again, and will warn my friends and family to stay away.
The technician was very informative, courteuos, respectful of the home and worked hard to give the best quality.
My carpets look fantastic! Your technician that came out did a great job, not only cleaning the carpets but also in explaining what he was doing, showing me before and after areas and actually getting my carpets CLEAN. It was so refreshing to work with someone so courteous, polite and willing to go the extra mile to see I was happy with everything.
I would definately recomment Zerorez to other people.

re: clean up ~ The only SMALL negative, Robert failed to clean the water/product splatters from the bathroom door. Otherwise everything was good, and this won't stop me from recommending your company.

For one thing, you charge based on the entire size of the room, not just the area that you clean. My other carpet cleaner only charges for the area they actually clean. Also, the price for cleaning stairs is quite a bit higher than my other carpet cleaner. The Technician did not wear booties.

The tech that was sent to my house, I was told would tell us if we needed further treatment or pet treatment or anything special and he never even talked to us. Carpets still aren't in great shape.. Just very unhappy, many people refereed me to zeroerez and I hoped for a great experience and got one that was not so welcoming

How great the tech Arron who cleaneed my carpets used a scrubbing machine to clean,with first, then the extracting machine...he is the only one who has ever brought this machine out to clean the hi traffic areas...this was the best service I have ever had from zerorez. ..I wish the other techs wouldn't have stated that the h I gh traffic areas were worn out and that is why the carpets still looked dirty. When that was the not true. My carpets look brand new!

Just how clean the carpets were
I bought the water for cleaning around my house. I have already started using it and love it! I will replace a lot of my cleaning products. The carpets that were cleaned look amazing! All of the stains are gone. The technician was extremely helpful and friendly. He did a great job!
