Like the fresh smell and feel of the carpet. Was a little bummed that a couple stains didn't come out bet it is better. Tech was pleasant to have in our home.

Carpet cleaning is beautiful. The tile cleaning did a great job on the grout but did get all the ground in dirt off the tile. I had to redo my bathroom floor with my steam cleaner to get the spots out. Also I was surprised to see the spray used before cleaning the tile. I didn't think you used chemicals. I would not do tile cleaning again but I would do carpet.

I had a master bedroom the hall and steps cleaned. I was quoted $153.00. I knew there would be an extra charge for the pet stains. I had 10. $25.00 per spot is ridiculous! ! $153 to clean big areas, $250 to clean 10 small spots. That doesn't even make sense to me. I would gladly have paid $10/spot. This should have been mentioned when I made the appointment, I would not have made the appointment. I was very disappointed. Name removed

The technician arrived when he said he would, went through the cleaning order and allowed me to add to it. He was quick and efficient and I am completely satisfied with the cleanliness of my carpets. I continue to recommend Zerorez to my friends who live in the valley.
