We did have one question.
The carpet was slightly "crunchy" afterwards and we were told it should not feel crunchy after the treatment. Is that normal?

I have used Zerorez twice and both times I was disappointed in how little my carpet improved after the cleaning. It just doesn't seem like an effective way to clean carpets.

on time good people. a little sloppy with the protector ret hose had to clean hallway and foyer, many water spots.

My carpets look like NEW! (They are 15 years old.) Your technicians are courteous & knowledgable and very efficient.Hayden, out technician this time did an exceptional job! We could not be more pleased! We will request him from now on.

Carpet cleaning

By the time special fees are added,your fees are higher than most companies.

Your business does a good job, nice guys who have come to our place, let us know when for sure they will be there and the carpet looks good and dries quickly. I have had Zerorez several times and will continue using them and would have no problem recommending you to anyone else.

The hot hose line was laid across my lawn and burned a nice line straight across my yard. I would say a simple stake that line could be placed on would prevent this (or something similar).

My carpets were so clean and the technician who did the cleaning was wonderful...

I really liked the fact that its mostly water with a cleaning agent. No severe chemicals especially proven by the drying process there is no "hours of smelling chemicals", Carpet dried quickly. While my tech was cleaning the carpet I noticed there was NO brushes or scrubbers tearing at my carpet fibers, and with each pass you could visibly see the carpet being cleaned! Being the first customer of the day my Technician showed me a sample of the water from the tank, My God I really didn't think my carpet was that dirty!!! The BEST part is my Technician Alex. He was Friendly, courteous, answered questions without a huff or attitude, having dogs he sprayed any spots pointed out and made a point of going over those spots until gone. Then he had me go around and make sure every thing was perfect and to my liking before putting equipment away! Afterwards he wiped around the tile and carpet area and where the hose left small leaks and THEN Dry Mopped my floor!!! That Young man is an Asset to your business. Next cleaning I want Him! Lack of soaps and chemicals.

You didn't disappoint, you just didn't do anything out of the ordinary and my carpets don't look any different.

Pretreat stains or scrub stains better. Wasn't impressed this time

I had a filthy carpet with pet stains and odor. The furniture also had pet stains and odor. I really didn't think they would ever be clean and odor free again.Home cleaners had not done a very good job.
wow, was I surprised! Alex Ayala and your magic water made miracles! Everyone that has seen the "new" carpet and furniture are absolutely amazed that any product could clean up the mess the 4 dogs have made. I will now call you on a routine basis.

It was quick and didn't smell bad...no harsh chemicals

Very straight forward about the process. Tech was on time friendly and informative. Did the job and carpets looked great.

I expected a more noticeable difference after the carpets were cleaned. They were expense, high end carpet that had pet and spot protection. I only had one person in those rooms and they had never been cleaned (meaning no soaps added to them) so I "assumed" more of the dirt would come up. Not only that, but the smell of wet dog is now predominate through the house; it doesn't smell clean. I understand you can't work miracles, but I did expect them to look and smell better than beforehand. With that said, both of the men who worked on the carpets were polite, courteous and professional.
