Prompt service. Excellent follow-up with scheduling date and time. The service tech was extremely courteous and was careful to protect the walls and corners from the hoses. The rugs dried in less than four hours with (as advertised) no crunchy, stiff feel when walking on the carpet. Recommend establishing a "frequent buyer-like" program where you set up a regular schedule for cleaning (every six months). All you have to do is send an email or call reminding clients that "it's been six months since your last cleaning." Maybe offer a discount for repeat clients.

WE liked your cleaning procedure and what you used to clean our carpet .Because when it dried total it was not sticky or crusty like other cleaner leave. we had just one issue about the cleaning as it was drying the carpet had a lot of streaks. I think that when they were cleaning the person did not overlap when they were using the power head cleaner .So after we vacuumed the carpet tow or three times back and forth it was a lot better.

I like the fact that there is no soap used to give the crunchy feel to fabric or carpet. I use the Zerorez water for spot cleaning between needing cleaning. I also like having things protected so they last longer and have less chance of spotting.

We used Zerorez mainly for the fact that the carpets dry quickly, in a business setting this is a great feature! They were quick but thorough and did a great job!

I had to go back and clean the grout. There was still a ton of dirt and grime in them. I feel that the technicians were great but it did not clean my tile like it should be. Now I have to have it recleaned again since I scrubbed the grout.

The service is excellent. From the office to the worker who comes to the house. The appointments are kept. The worker is pleasant and helpful,goes the extra mile to take care of problem areas. And most important my carpets are really clean!

We had our carpets and granite cleaned by Zerorez. The granite doesn't look any different, you can't tell that it was cleaned - there are still spots etc. they did a terrible job. It was a total waste of money!

However, I loved how the carpets turned out. I've used zerorez several times and they always do a terrific job on the carpets.
