I didn't think that when I first rated the company
That I was going to get a call back , I explain to the young lady that I wasn't quite happy with the way the carpet turned out she set up another appointment and they came out and the guy did a wonderful wonderful job I will recommend them to my friends and family

I liked the professionalism of the tech. Everything went smooth, from making the appointment to the carpet cleaning. I liked the freshness after carpets were cleaned.
I did not receive a call 2 days before the appointment and then they did not call to give me a window the day of. I called and they told me between 2 and 4. I planned on that and then they showed up at 1:00 pm and I was not home. It would be helpful if you did what you said you were going to do.

The technician was very nice and did the service just as we hoped. He explained why certain areas weren't going to look as clean and "white" (we have white carpet so a certain area in the carpet was just worn out from the couch.) I unfortunately do not remember his name but would recommend him specifically. Thank you for coming out and caring for clients satisfaction. You guys came out in less than 2 days to fix the problem.
