We still have the smells in both rooms. We were gone on vacation and just got home. I still can smell all the same spots. We will have to have someone come back. Do you have any openings on a Saturday? Thank you.

I was amazed on how fast the process went once the technicians (Kyle and Robert) arrived. The drying time is much faster than traditional carpet cleaning companies (some take over 24 hrs to completely dry!). A notable portion with regard to service was how courteous and professional both technicians were throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, there were two stains that surfaced during the cleaning process that could not be removed. I was educated by the technicians on why the stains surfaced and why they may not be able to remove them.
