I had my entire house cleaned, carpet and tile floors. I am happy with the carpet- the stains were removed and it looks, feels and smells better.
I have noticed in the few days since it was done that there are tons of cracks and holes in the grout of my tile that were not present before. I am certain they were not present because I clean my floor weekly and scrub the grout by hand. The grout coloring is better overall since the cleaning, but there are still some stains. But what I am most upset about is all the cracks, holes and missing grout that was intact before.
The technicians were very nice and professional. I am just upset that my grout seems to be damaged after the cleaning. I even paid extra for the sealant and protectant.
Service was exemplory,,Jake was on time very informative on the cleaning method. Carpets cleaned up beautifully. Will only use Zerorez from now on.

When I booked the appointment they said they had a pet odor neutralizer for tile. The day of service the tech was 1 hour late. No one called until the last minute of the time frame. Then when he got here he said there was no such thing for tile. Really? That is not what I was told. Then he said it would take two hours to do the job properly. I had to leave, remember it was already 1 hour past my appt time. So I paid him and told him how to turn the alarm off before he started. My arm sends me a text when it is turned on and off , I received a text 45 minutes later that the alarm was turned off. What happen to two hours??? The tile is not clean and still smells so I have had other companies come in to quote it. They have told me the same thing, it will take two hours when I mention it was already done once in 45 min theor opinion is that is not clean. I have not had a chance to call bease your office is only open during my work tome. But someone needs to come and make this right on my schedule. My only other option is to dispute the payment.
My carpet looks great! It feels and smells clean. My tech was very professional he was very kind and considerate.

Had carpet cleaned and protective coating put on carpet. It looks brand new. Kevin was extremely customer service friendly. He quoted prices for several services I could consider. I wish I could have afforded to have everything done, but know I can call them to return to do other services at a later time. Kevin provided a very thorough service in everything he did.

Tyler was delightful but obviously your products don't work -- first time I've ever had the carpet cleaned & normal traffic pattern didn't clean up. WAY more expensive than anyone else but not worth it . Sorry

The customer service was really bad. The lady who setup appointment lied about cost and the original 1st tech guy was 30 mins late from time he was supposed to be at the house. I was very disappointed on the service we received on the front end. The 2nd tech guy was the best part of your company. He was very nice and helpful. He was the only thing great on this whole experience with you guys. Need to give him a RAISE!
