Its detergent and harsh chemical free. Carpets and tile surfaces stay clean longer as compared to the results of other cleaning services. Techs provide more comprehensive and detailed service. Have opportunity to purchase cleaning fluid to use between services.

I liked how clean my carpets were. I did not appreciate that your employee tied my silk drapes in half to get them off the carpet and left them that way. He should have talked to me about it first.

I had my tile and grout cleaned and overall it looks the same. No stains were removed and your website says will look "like new". Not even close.

My carpet got so much cleaner after using Zerorez than it did when i used another company a couple of years ago. I was almost ready to give away my (nice, expensive) area rug, thinking it would never look nice again after so many coffee and chocolate milk spills. It looks so much better now after being cleaned by your tech! Also, I love that he recommended the alkaline water spray. I used it to spot treat the latest spill, and it removed it! I also used the spray on my stained couch with great results. I'm very happy with the service and results and I will definitely use your company again. (I rarely write reviews, especially good ones, but I was so pleased with this service!)

My tile and carpet always looks great.
We have a small dog that urinated on the carpet in the den, I had two options one a $25.00 a spot up-charge which would clean all of the way through the pad, or a $40.00 pet cleaning for the whole room. Since there were quite a few I elected to spend the $40.00. Prior to leaving Peter the main cleaner told me the faster the carpet dries the less likely that the stains will regenerate from the pad. I placed not only the ceiling fan on, but also an oscillating fan at the door way. after six hours of dry time we still have the stains. The rest of the rooms turned out great.
