Very timely technicians - did a great job on my three bedrooms carpets. Very clean - worked efficiently . This was the first time using Zerorez . My neighbor recommended them. I asked what was different about the cleaning process and he explained it to me. I also got a demo on the multisurface cleaner on my stainless refrigerator. I love how it didn't leave a residue! I'm cleaning my whole house with it now!

Just unimpressed with cleaning level. Carpet is also crunchy though we were told it would not be. The carpet is old and rather worn in spots. Some areas are still not dry 24 hours later.

I have used you two times. The first technician took the time to open the closet doors and clean just inside the closet doorway which kept the line from the front of the closet to the inside cleaner looking and less noticeable. I appreciated his initiative in doing that. The second technician cleaned the carpets, but I had moved most everything out of the way so it was a simple job. He did not move a few simple items that would have made it better nor open the closet doors and do right inside the closet doorways which was disappointing to me. I didn't think to ask him or leave them open at the time or he probably would have done them at my request.

How clean it leaves the carpet

The technician was great-
The carpet looks good when he left- but the traffic areas came back more quickly this time- they usually look nice for a longer period. I wish I would have called to have the high traffic areas gone over again.

The use of empowered water instead of soaps or chemicals that do not get completely removed in the cleaning process.

The person who was here to clean did a great job on the cent of the rooms but all corners and along wall tile is still dirty. You can see exactly where they stopped. Is this why they are supposed to do? Have someone come out to clean what he didn't would help us give you a 10 out of 10 rating

I just don't know any people in AZ.

No residue(crunchy feel), no smell left when they were done. Plus I was able to walk on my carpet without wet feet less than 5 hours after the team was done.
