Thoroughness, kindness of Workers
Able Valdez was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about all the products and services I inquired about. He provided excellent service and exceeded our expectations. I insisted on tipping him after the service and he declined, explaining that gratuities are not accepted by your associates. I though this really demonstrated his professionalism and exemplified the integrity of your company. Well done.

The spray that I used to clean the house was the best. Carpet pricing, especially pet treatment a bit overpriced. Salesman was nice.

Prompt and efficient
It dries so quick and technicians are so friendly, I do think, however, the charges should be by square foot. We have a small house and feel we shouldn't have to pay the same as someone with a larger home.
I'm a first time customer. Two- Just came into my house & stated spraying stuff on my carpet. I said What is that? Its pre spray. I was not informed of this procedure. If your cleaning process is so great why do you need pre spray? I am still cleaning the extra "overspray" off of my furniture. Yuck!! I did not have any spots or dirty marks on my carpet!! Not respectful of me & my home.
Then the lead person, we had quite a discussion on the size of our great room. Really bossy. Finally stated whatever- then don't clean my front bedroom. Finally offered a coupon. Wow! Really!
Crew-Stating that other companies (Stanley Steamer) don't know what they are doing!! I have been a Stanley Steamer customer for years & have had no problems. I have them use a scant amount of cleaning solution on my carpet. Yes, the crew said that my carpet did not have any excess of cleaning resude.
Not professional behavior from the crew. Even talking shop to each other in my home. Left two high chairs in my kitchen, after I asked for foam to set them on. Oh, no the high chairs can stay in the kitchen until the carpet drys. I have a VERY SMALL kitchen & did not have room for the chairs to stay in the kitchen all night long. Very much an inconvenience & down right rude.
Oh, yes the carpet was not even dry in many areas the next morning . So much for 4-8hours for drying time.

Service is GREAT! Tech's are very polite, efficient, and quick. I had two houses done the same day. They arrived within 10 minutes of the beginning of the time slot. Called 1st and no waiting around for me. The Rental house I was not sure about, it had unbelievable stains.......
Stains are gone!!!! This is a Great Great product. I learned years ago that soap product on any floors just attracts more dirt. So I love ZeroRez Special Water! Thanks to ZeroRez I did not have to replace the carpet in a rental house.
