Stay on schedule. We were given a window of 1-3pm arrival. Dispatch called me at 11:40 am, telling me the driver was on the way. We were not at the apartment yet, and the tech was not happy he had to wait for us to arrive. I said, "You're early", and he said, no, you're late. We arrived at the apartment at 12:14 , so we were there 45 minutes ahead of the earliest arrival stated in the window.

I like that no soap is applied to the carpet. Also you workers are always willing to to the best possible job. Sam did an excellent job!
They leave the carpets very clean, and they removed a week old strawberry milk stain no problem!

He services are great. I have old worn carpet and instead of replacing your company has the ability to clean them and bring them back to life. The technician I had was knowledgable about the products and very friendly to work with. I will be calling you again.

I like that you don't use soap and the carpet dries fairly quickly, and feels very soft. Nicole showed up on time and was very courteous and efficient. She was also very knowledgable about the process and other services you offer.
I like the fact there are no chemicals and the carpet dries beautifully.
The technician arrived on time and cleaned the carpet efficiently and we were very happy with the results! The carpet was clean and looked brand new; it was worth every penny!
