Please make your phone price quotes tell the 'bottom line' that you will be actually charging your customers! Your tech was put nto the difficult position of having to tell us the qupte was not what the price would be. With soooo many scamers out there it is important that you tell the whole story!
We do love te product and will recommend you to others, however we will warn them that they need to firm up the price...and actual cleaning job that you will do.
I asked to have the 'pathes done' and found out that you don't do that. Your tech did a good job.

Use your best available equipment when providing services in order to minimize come-backs. Technicians should know which piece of equipment they should use to achieve the best possible outcome on their initial visit.
