I like my technician Steve, he is so knowledgeable, and professional. He always has a smile on his face and he's always on time. He's a true professional.
Professional staff. The only problem was that I did not receive a call for a window time prior to my appt. I called and was told my voicemail box must been full which it is not.
Robert and Billy Holt were my service tech's and were very informative and did a great job. As for your product - it appears to have worked well, my carpet was awful. Now if it just lasts awhile.

Guy that came was giving me a deal on extra protection otherwise I was not going to go with it and then after I had paid he informed me of the rooms he had not protected due to his opinion of their condition but yet I still paid what I would have before he gave me the deal which I was not going to do in the first place
The fact that is sounds like it is all natural and you don't use soap so carpet should
stay cleaner longer and Albert was very friendly he got the job done in a short time frame and the carpet was pretty dry in about 4 hours
