Way too much corspondence to get the job scheduled, which I understabd is nessesary. However I had to state to 3 diffenent people "i work till noon so i need an afternoon appointment. When my guy called he told me he was scheduled 12 -2 so they still didnt listen

Process is not good for older, more highly soiled carpets. Carpet remained looking poorly. I contacted my former Carpet cleaner and he did an amazing job to do what your process did not. Disappointed and feeling ripped off.
The odor block was a great add on that helped with pee spells. I also got the squirt bottle cleaner and I love it.
