Our technician did an awesome job and was very personable!
SERVICE INDIVIDUAL WAS ON THE FRONT END OF HIS 2 HOUR WINDOW, CLEANED THE CARPET AND WAS GONE I ABOUT 1 1/2 HOURS. CARPETS LOOKED VERY NICE WHEN HE FINISHED AND DRIED QUICKLY, ABOUT 4-5 HOURS.
The carpets get clean and you don t feel like you got ripped off

Christian was great, he came out to clean our tile, which cleaned up looking great. He answered questions I had about the "empowered water", now I know what it's all about.

Scott H. did an exceptional job and answered all my questions. When i had you out to do original cleaning, had trouble, lost check and had to come back. NOT happy camper. Also found out that i wasn't told of your "spot cleaning solution", which would have saved me $150 off this second time out. !! NO one mentioned this !! NOT happy camper !! One spot is still there. And we have spent over $600 for your services. NOT Happy Camper !! Don't know if I would tell others of your service. Probably tell of all the problems. First name removed

They work very well, are neat and clean, leave no residue or smell. The technician was on time, courteous and explained everything before he began.
I have used Zerorez several times now and have recommended them to my friends. My daughter also uses them.
Tech was very good. I have used you before, and was actually more impressed last time. I realize the pathways are hard to remove, especially on light carpeting, but I thought it would be better. Ah well, I guess we are due for new carpeting. I still recommend you all the time because our first cleaning was in a rental, this was so impressive because I was sure that I was going to need to replace the carpeting.
