How nice my carpets turned out & that they dried much quicker than other carpet cleaning businesses..I have (3) cats & Joshua did a great job in getting all the spots cleaned.
I suggest for chemically sensitive people, you have another choice of pretreatment for the carpet spots, etc. Citrus is problematic in my case, and I remember a prior carpet cleaning service used peroxide for most stains. I use a little of that, and some dish soap and borax, separately. NO fragrance is definitely needed here.
Jeff was very friendly and went beyond by staying 2 extra hours to take care of cleaning my couches when I added them at the last minute after I saw how fantastic my carpet looked!!!

Zerorez has always done a great job with my carpets in the past, but this time I wasn't totally satisfied and called to let them know, and they quickly found a technician who came out to help with the problem that day. I am very happy with the final results as well happy with as all the helpful employees I came in contact with. All the employees were very nice, and it was my fault for not looking over some of the areas or I would have felt comfortable asking about the areas I was concerned with the first time around. I will be calling you again when we move into our new home in a few months!
Clean scent, no sticky residue, excellent technicians,just so professional the whole package and very quick.
Your technician Amanda was GREAT! I have never had anyone do as thorough of a job cleaning our carpet. Also, this was the first time that we did not have a musky smell coming from the carpet after the job was done.
