The job itself was satisfactory but the reason I choose you it was because supposedly you were not going to try to charge me for any additional "special treatment " for my carpet.I thought the set price was going to be it and that's it, it was the main reason I choose you because all the other companies do that, the give you a price and then they try to pop you with additional costs. I guess you are the same way.
Person who cleaned carpet was courteous and I was able to book with short lead time.

I am happy with the services provided by Zerorez. Edwin was courteous, thorough, honest and on time for our appointment. There were a couple of badly soiled high traffic areas that he treated and cleaned nicely. There were a couple of areas that he did the best he could. We have our home (and my guest house) on the market and it was the Berber carpeting in the guest house that needed cleaning. I like the idea that no harsh chemicals are used in the cleaning process and while I am moving elsewhere, I didn't want that type of "residue" left in the carpeting.
Our carpets are really clean after they're cleaned by Zerorez and there aren't any chemicals left behind to cause allergies.
Your team was very accommodating and on time. The product is amazing and my travertine looks new again. I am thrilled

I HAVE USED ZEROREZ BEFORE AND FOUND THAT THIS TIME WAS A GREAT AS THE FIRST TIME.
The staff that came out was friendly and courteous. The price that is determined by office was more than quoted by staff at the home show in Phoenix. I was quoted $50 for a 5x7 rug. I than explained my rugs are 8 x 10 . Equivalent to a 3x3 size larger than the 5x7. This does not justify for more than double the price. There was no mention of the pricing of $1.50 a square foot at home show or when appt was confirmed. Just after the rug was cleaned & the bill handed to me. I was lead to believe Zeroez was an upstanding company. This transaction has proven that belief incorrect. I will not recommend Zerorez do to misrepresenting of pricing.
You can re-clean my carpets. I was pretty clear about wanting my stairs cleaned thoroughly since they are the very first thing that you see when you walk through the front door. Once dry, I was very disappointed, they still looked dirty.I also stated that our dog had vomited due to colitis issues and most of the spots, not all came out. Where they pre-treated?? The high-traffic areas still look like high-traffic areas. I paid $100 more than I would have at any other company, so I expected much better results. I was not here the day of cleaning, but my son says that your technician worked very diligently and tried his best to up-sell your products.
Service was excellent both gentlemen that came out were very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond. I needed to have cat urine treatments that are nearly impossible to get out, they came out a 2nd time for 2nd treatment at no charge, and very happy that they were willing to try again even with the impossibility of getting rid of it completely. Would definitely use zeroez in the future and will recommend to my friends and neighbors.
We had them come out to remove urine smell from the carpet due to our dogs. It took longer for the floor to dry but the urine smell was gone.
I've always loved zerorez ever since I discover them.
I usually try to save money by doing things myself. But the last time I rented a carpet cleaning machine to clean my rugs by myself, I realized that I spent $100 and my whole day to get one room cleaned. This time when I had a room to clean I decided it would be worth it to spend a little extra to get it cleaned better. It cost just a little bit more to have Zerorez clean 3 rooms and it only took them an hour and the floors looked way better than when I did it myself! I will never rent a machine again!

Amanda worked her tail off....I had 10 extractions but instead of them being little yellow spots they are now huge brown spots...I did decline the stingy solution because I have cats that wonder the house when she left my carpet looked brand new.....but a day or two later mostly in the dining room around the chairs it is brown and crunchy....wonder if we should hit that small area again???? let me know....I only use your service but the doggies have done a # on my carpet...
