Our technician, Albert, was GREAT. He was helpful, friendly and very competent. He took great care of our belongings and paid attention not to damage our walls with his tubes. He even moved my glass candles holders along the walkway out of danger before starting to prevent possible breakage. If it were possible, I would request him to clean my carpets every time.

Can get appointment in a day or two and thoroughness of technician cleaning carpet. Also, the fact the carpet drys fast.

The technicians were great & very attentive. They tried numerous attempts to scrub a small portion of the grout & tile floor with very minor success. I then chose to cancel the tile cleaning. No fault of the technicians but not impressed with the grout & tile process.

Be a little more realistic with expectations of how well stains will come out

every stair was soaking wet on both sides and it took 2 full days for the sides to dry. Now they are hard and crunchy. In the living room the main walking path is still dirty. The stains were lighter for a day but once it dried they came back.

Nice job, very informative , and on time. And very polite. I live in a rental and as old and worn as my carpets are they look and smell nice.

The technician was friendly, personable and, a really nice guy but the results from cleaning the carpets were beyond my expectations.I thought that there was no way that the carpet in the property I was renting would come clean as it was old, worn down with obvious traffic patterns. The carpet looked great, too bad I moved and would not appreciate the results longer.
