The lady on the phone just gave me a quote. I told lady on the phone, that I had a pet smell. She said it would cost me hundred and $20. It ended up more than double, and I still have the pet Smell.

Our carpets have not been professionally cleaned in over 4 years. We take care of our carpet very well but with 2 young children and 2 dogs it's difficult to keep it spotless. However, your cleaning team made it look brand new. Very impressed and satisfied. Our techs were Casey and John they were amazing! Professional and friendly!

My technician Kevin was FANTASTIC!!! He was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my requests to add more rooms while he was there. He even gave me a referral to a carpet restoration company. This is why I continue to use Zerorez time and time again! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
