The two gentlemen that were here were so very nice. Friendly, congenial, funny, and thorough. I was baking cookies when they came and they joked they could come back later. So nice. The carpet looks great. Always hear the ads on KFYI. I did ask these men if they were registered to vote. Neither were. The rug was so clean I guess I won't deduct any points. Thank you. The carpets dry faster and don't attract the dust as fast. It looks very clean when they finish.
Had to ask to have our Master Bedroom redone. It looked terrible after the first go-around and I was told that all of the dirt had been removed and that there was 'fiber breakdown' and that was the reason that it still looked bad. However miraculously after it was re-done, it looked at least 50% better. Very disappointed....
late for appt, did not do anything that a less expensive company would do - our carpet was soaked with water. I had to tell the tech that billing needed to be adjusted. I could have rented a steam cleaner for less money and done the same or better.
The last three services were all as you advertise, no rez, not this time, my carpets are crunchy and streaked. The young man may not have been trained properproperly.We had a billing problem, which was solved by customer service.

Good service and reasonable prices
Rug was much cleaner after water extraction, looked lighter and brighter with odor gone, since doggie urine spots were neutralized. Rug texture was soft after drying, not crunchy
as with previous rug shampoo treatments. Company rep Hayden was fast and efficient,and explained the scientific theory behind the cleaning process.

Scheduling was simple, technician explained all my cleaning options and saved me money. Carpet looks great! I will definitely be calling you again and would recommend zerorez to anyone.

Carpet is actually clean.No residue and the allergies seem to be pretty much gone. Our allergies are much clearer since the carpets were cleaned.
