Like what I hear about the cleaning solution. I liked that I got a 4 hr window then 48 hrs out a 2 hr window with a call 10-15min before technician arrived. Tyler was a great technician and explained so much a about the product and results I should expect in certain traffic areas.

There is no heavy chemical smell. Your service men are very profession and polite. I had Kevin Randolph and I will ask for him again. He is very through in his work and my rugs look wonderful.
Your phone staff is also very profession and always follow up with my reservations.
Travis did a great job! He was even able to educate my husband on the high traffic areas of our house and why they can get that way. The carpets in my house look great!!

Joshua was very informative and helpful, plus answered my ongoing questions. Because he had time, he was willing to spot test a throw rug and clean a stool one kitty loves to lie on. Although young, he was very customer-oriented, professional and personable.
