Your technician, Kevin Randolph did a great job cleaning our previously dingy dirty tile and carpet. The tile grout was transformed from black to its true sand color. Fine technician and products equals very happy customers at this house.

Same day service was great and the technician was able to come earlier than schedule which was nice.
It wasn't cleaned the first time. And the customer service rep Wendy isn't very receptive
