I was supposed to get a $43 credit since the technican didn't show up in the time slot nor called ahead to say they were going to be late.
Called customer service and they said they would give me a credit for the troubles and no credit was applied.
My carpets were very clean and you do a good job. i feel like you are a little too expensive . I will have to think about your pricing before I call you again.

We had you guys clean our couches ,they are now crusty and hard. Same with certain parts of the carpet.
Waste of $480! Won't refer and will probably be spreading the word to friends to go with someone cheaper because you are likely to get the same results

The two technicians who came to clean the carpet and rug were very professional, personable and the respectful rapport between them was wonderful. They wanted to be assured that I was 100% satisfied with the cleaning, which I was. I called you for this cleaning because I was so happy with the job that Eric Storm had previously performed on the same carpet. Zerorez is above and beyond THE BEST carpet/rug/upholstery/tile cleaning company. It was such a pleasure to wake up to clean carpets that felt as if I was walking on cotton balls. Keep up the great work!
Carpet looks and feels clean, but we'll have to wait a little longer to assess to product.

Tyler, the technician did a wonderful job but the product didn't remove the doggie odor from the couch (they like to nap on it when we're not there to stop them). The cushions still smelled dusty too although it is regularly vacuumed.
No nasty chemicals. Tech was very nice.
The only thing I would suggest is perhaps lowering prices.
