The last guy seemed to work harder on the carpets and got out all stains. The guy this time tried on some but only got out one stain.
Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, timely and through. My tenants thought I had new carpet installed for them. Very impressive. Finally, the carpet had been professionally cleaned just 4 days earlier but obviously not to my standards.
I think the carpets need to be saturated more. Both my carpets and area rugs were not as clean as they should have been. I know its a lot of work to clean flooring but I would want someone to clean their house as if they were cleaning it for themselves or someone they loved and take their time to make sure it is all clean. Our area rugs had apple juice and honey spilled on them and they still were dirty and the carpet was crunchy. Don't get me wrong the service people you send out are always profession and top notch when it comes to customer service.
Since there are no chemical the carpet does not feel crunchy.

Maybe it's just the younger generations work ethics are so much different than my generation (62) when I was been taught to work. I have cleaned carpets before and was ringing wet in sweat tyler never broke a sweat. He worked the wand with one hand like he was vacuuming. He did ok all considered I just thought he could a little more aggressive with both hands and get a better deep clean. If this is how there being trained you might want to take a look at your trainers.
You do a great job and get it clean!
Very professional and efficient
I don't feel that the cleaning did that great of a job on my carpet. It was a lot of money to feel disappointed the next day. It may have been part out fault for waiting so long.
It's a bit expensive and ridiculous to charge extra for an area rug that's sitting in the middle of my carpet. I can see if that rug was in addition to cleaning my carpet to charge extra. But, if that area rug is on my carpet and i want it cleaned instead of the unused, clean carpet under it, why would that area rug be an additional charge to clean?! It's ridiculous!

I think area rugs should cost less than a room, it's less work.

I loved the service. It would have been great to get an itemized list of everything I had to have done just to make sure it was all accurate. Jake was awesome though and I ask for him to return the next time I have the service. I will definitely have you back to the house.
