My only complaint is that it was really expensive!! I have a condo that's about 995sq feet and it cost $260 which seems like a lot. In the past I have paid less than that for more sq footage.

The carpets have never looked so clean! Unlike other carpet cleaning services, the technician takes a good deal of time with each segment t of the process. I will never use another carpet cleaning!

they pretreated all carpets and cleaned. The young man was very professional, and showed us spots that he may not be able to remove. In the area where we spend most of our time he brought me in and showed me the difference in clean and not yet cleaned. BIG DIFFERENCE
He brought in footies to help protect carpet till it was dry. Left everything as he found it, removed equipment ant was gone.
I was disappointed that the price to clean a rug doing all the same things you do to a carpet was so much more expensive.
